Frequently asked questions
What kinds of associations do you build software for?
We build for sports clubs, music associations, hobby associations, trade associations, foundations and co-operatives. Every platform is custom — the size of the association doesn't matter.
What about GDPR compliance for member data?
We build in compliance with GDPR: data is stored on European servers, access is restricted to the appropriate roles and members can view and amend their own data.
Can members register themselves and keep their details up to date?
Yes. We build a member portal with self-registration, profile management and payment history. The administrator always retains control and can approve or reject registrations.
How does a custom platform compare in cost to tools like Sportlink or LedenAdmin?
Standard tools are cheaper to start but require compromises. Custom software has a higher initial investment, but you pay no licences, adapt everything to your needs and are not dependent on an external product's roadmap.
