Club Academy unites a fresh public club site with a gated coaching academy: members find classes, schedule and news, while coaches work in a gated environment where training content is built up methodically.
A club needs two faces: an inviting exterior for members and parents, and a structured interior for coaches. Club Academy brings both together on one platform, so club info and training knowledge no longer live scattered all over the place.
The academy
In the gated TVS-Academy the training content is built up methodically: from discipline down to a single drill, with photos and videos per element. Five roles each have their own permissions, so everyone sees exactly what is meant for them.
Stack
Ruby on Rails with a roles-and-permissions system, media per training element and a class schedule that syncs automatically via iCal. Hosted on European servers, with daily backups.
