How do you prevent custom software from becoming too expensive?
With a tight scope upfront: we define together what the application needs to do — and what it doesn't. Then comes a quote — a fixed price where the scope allows, an honest time estimate for the genuine bespoke work. Adjustments are always possible, but never without discussion.
Can the application be extended or modified later?
Yes. Paceline builds with proven web standards and established technology. The application is easy to extend by Paceline or another developer, and we ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
What about hosting and maintenance after launch?
Hosting on European infrastructure with daily backups is included, along with maintenance of the application after launch. You always have one point of contact.
