Frequently asked questions
Which business processes are suitable for automation?
Processes that repeat and where the rules are clear: quotes, scheduling, customer registration, reporting, invoice processing, sign-ups. If you do something manually every week, there is probably a faster way.
Do I have to replace all my existing tools?
No. Paceline builds in a targeted way: the automation connects to what you already use, or replaces only the part that causes the most friction. You define the scope.
How do I know whether my process is suitable for automation?
We discuss that in the free intro call. We look at your current workflow together and give honest advice about what it yields and what it costs.
How long does it take to automate a business process?
Depending on complexity. A targeted automation of one process is often live in four to six weeks. More extensive systems with multiple integrations take longer.
