What if the external API is poorly documented?
That happens more often than you'd think. We work with what is available, test thoroughly and build robust error handling so your system doesn't break on a timeout or unexpected response.
Can you take over an existing integration that has stopped working?
Yes. We start with an analysis of the existing code and API documentation, find the cause and repair or rebuild the integration.
How long does it take to build an API integration?
A simple integration with one endpoint is ready in one to two weeks. More complex integrations with multiple data flows and error handling take two to four weeks.
